Your Programmes
Adaptive Physical Activity
In this space, adaptive means what it says. Working alongside your specific health needs and movement interests, your instructor will continue to respond adaptively to your changing experience.
This may mean focusing on pelvic floor health, bodyweight movement, weight lifting or mobility. It may mean coffee and chat before training. It may mean laughing or crying, or sometimes both at the same time.
Our semi-private groups are generally capped at four women, facilitating connection and individual instruction. You are also part of a wider community of women, who come together for social and fundraising events throughout the year.
Most of our sessions are free of charge, with the option for a small monthly donation to support our running costs.

NeuroStrong
For women living with neurological conditions such as MS and Parkinson’s.

I’ve never not felt in control here. I’ve always felt comfortable, and able to speak out. And go no, I don’t want to do that today, or actually, can we do this? It never feels like I’m speaking out of turn or putting somebody out
